Most business owners when starting out, will announce their new venture to their friends and family, first. In the hope, they will tell others. They do, and from that goodwill, receive a couple of new pieces of business.

What happens after that? You do a bit of advertising here and there, networking at a local business network and eventually pick up some more business. Great! Then what?
